Spanish Center

Our Spanish Center is a DELE Examination Center of Instituto Cervantes which provides also preparation courses for the test. The Center participates in the call of every November.

What is DELE?

The Diplomas DELE are official titles accrediting the degree of competence and domain of the Spanish language, granted by the Instituto Cervantes on behalf of the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training.

These titles are officially known and recognized at the international level and have earned a great prestige not only among the institutions and educational authorities, public and private ones, but also in the business world. They are an official guarantee in the evaluation and certification of language proficiency in Spanish.

Official title of The Ministry of Education and Vocational Training of Spain given by Instituto Cervantes.
It has an indefinite validity and international recognition.
You can use it for academic and professional purposes.

What do you need to apply?

Application form (request it to the coordinator, [email protected]).
Copy of the passport or ID.
Payment (more information with the Coordinator).

¿Would you like to have a better preparation for diploma DELE?

Spanish Center of UVM gives you the opportunity to take preparatory courses for Diploma DELE and at the same time acquire more tools to improve your Spanish domain.

Preparatory courses for May call, levels A1 and 2 and for November call, levels B1, B2, C1 or C2. Each course has 6 sessions, 1.30 hours each.

Application closes:
The first week of February. Levels A1-A2

Application closes:
The first week of August. Levels B1-B2 C1-C2

Format: Virtual classes for groups or private classes.
For private classes, please consult first the availability.
*A minimum of 4 registrations per level are required to offer the group classes.

Sessions: 6.

Classes: 1 per week per level, 1.30 hrs. each synchronous class.

Recommended time to Study during the week: 10 hrs.

Schedule: Chile’s time. Request it after sending the application form to the coordinator.

Dates: Courses will start 2 months before DELE test.
May test (A1-A2): classes start at the beginning of March.
November test: classes start at the beginning of September.

Cost per course: Request the cost information to the coordinator.
*Includes: Course fee, platform access for synchronous class and during each week to practice with manuals and DELE exams.

Procedure to apply.

To place the level of your Spanish domain, you have to take first the free level test of Instituto Cervantes here.
Once you have your result, apply in the forms indicated in “Registration” according to your level.
Send the result of your free test, copy of your RUN or passport and the confirmation of your course application to: [email protected]
